I've been drawing and crafting as long as i can remember, but it wasn't until i was 15 that i realized nothing made me happier or more confident than finishing a piece of creative work.

Like many people, i've been meandering through life without planning ahead very seriously. I worked food service for 10 years to afford what little i have, but i'm 30 now and have 15 years of experience doing portraits, illustrations, and a number of my own oddball pieces. I've even made a little money between published illustrations and private commissions. I work in pencil, colored pencil, and ink mostly, but i'm also capable with acrylics and oil paints.

In 2006 I had a catastrophic housefire and lost hundreds of finished pieces and hundreds or perhaps thousands of hours worth of work. I will make a note on the lost images because all of my current originals are available to buy (on the cheap too for the most part: i often work on a donation basis). It took me a long time to become enthusiastic about art again. However, i have had a great deal of encouragement from some people who are very dear to me, and even sometimes from complete strangers. Even if i can't make a living doing this, i am very excited to feel passion for the work again.

Hope you enjoy yourself and thankie for visiting!
